Formerly known as The Airport Restaurant & Coffee Shop, Anjung Saujana Restaurant opened its door on the 2nd of October 2014 after a major renovation and expansion of the Brunei International Airport. Located at the departure hall, the restaurant is recognized for top quality international cuisine and its unique design setting. With a stunning open space architecture of the airport ceiling that brings in a beautiful natural light. The restaurant features A La carte and Buffet menu, taking inspirations from around the world. The menu offers delicious local fine dining cuisine, as well as an extensive list of offerings including the famous Murtabak, Pan Seared Teriyaki Atlantic Black Cod, and Fettuccine Carbonara.
