Anjung Saujana Restaurant conducted a cooking class in conjunction with the Malaysia Food Festival 2017 on Friday, 12th January 2018 from 2.30pm till 4.00pm led by local Chefs, Chef Azhar and Chef Liza.
About 20 participants who joined the cooking class were the first 20 dine-in customers who registered for the cooking class during the Malaysia Food Festival held between 8th December to 14th January 2018. The cooking class was made complimentary by Royal Brunei Catering as an appreciation to their valued guests for dining in during the food festival.
Among the dishes demonstrated were Mee Rebus and Bubur Cha Cha. The cooking class put together an engaging and informative cooking demonstration for the guests. The guests were able to taste the food demonstrated towards the end of the cooking class. Refreshments were also provided at the restaurant for the guests.
