Anjung Saujana Restaurant, Departure Hall, Level 1, Brunei International Airport, has launched the restaurant menu in time for the new year. The restaurant has changed the variety of its dishes, adding many new ones to those that were already there. They’re delicious and made with the best products.
The new menu offers a range of western dishes such as Nasi Lemak Hujan Panas, Soto Brunei, Soup Ekor Mamak, Soup Ekor Assam Pedas, Mee Rebus Batu Pahat, Ambuyat for two persons, Anjung Aglio Olio – Smoked Salmon, Pan Seared Teriyaki Atlantic Black Cod, Marbled Ribeye Steak and Sardine Pizza with Caramelized Onion to name a few.
The menu also retains many of the dishes that have become customer favourites over the years, such as Swiss Burger, Tumis Daging Brunei, Fettucine Carbonara, Chicken Chop and Salmon Benedict.
