As part of the Singapore Food Festival 2018, The Horizons Restaurant conducted a cooking class for 10 guests. The cooking class was held just outside of the restaurant and featured two invited chefs from Hjh Maimunah Restaurant of Singapore as instructors. The cooking class was led by Chef Maria & Ismail of Hjh Maimunah Restaurant Singapore accompanied by RBC chefs.
Baiduri Bank cardholders had the privilege to participate in the cooking class. The cooking class was made complimentary by Royal Brunei Catering as an appreciation to their valued guests during the food festival.
During the two-hour cooking class, the attendees prepared three dishes. Among the dishes demonstrated were signature dishes of Hjh Maimunah Restaurant Singapore which includes Tauhu Telur, Badak Berendam, and Chili Crab. The cooking class put together an engaging and informative cooking demonstration for the guests. Recipes were provided to all guests and they were able to bring home the food of their creation at the end of the cooking class.
